I can only find the dry Bil jac. What kibble do you feed the puppies? I switched mine over the Bil Jac, from taste of The wild puppy, and they’re not as happy with it. Some having acid reflux. Any suggestions?

I don't know if you're still on RUclips. My 10 lb chihuahua has brachycephalic. I just purchased a VARON OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR. Peanut doesn't need it every day. Depends on the humidity, air pollution, if you was over after that day the panting is not good for him. Do I have it plugged in all the time? I see that you have it by your kitchen. I don't know the best place in the home to put it. I have a spare bedroom that I do not use but I never open the window in there is that a good place to put it? I live in Ohio so the weather is funny out here basically humid all the time. The end of my home where I have the spare bedrooms that is not used hardly at all. Problem is one closet I have paint in it. As long as the canisters are closed is it safe for oxygen to be made in that room? Am I overthinking all this? Please if you see this can you reach out and help me. There are days that my dog struggles to breathe. I know there's no cure for this I'm working with the vet but these are questions that my vet can't answer because he doesn't have one in his home.

Hi James, As usual, great advice! Testing progesterone is a must! I didn’t do it this past April and my bitch did not take… I went by the other times she was bred but it did not work this time… I think she may have ovulated later than she usually does… I would love to hear your take on older bitches, because as they age it is not unusual for them to ovulate later in their cycle. I had one who actually was bred on her 17th day of heat and ended up with 6 beautiful puppies. We had tried to breed her over several years and nothing, we used AI, transcervical AI’s and nothing until a young male got a hold of her on her 17th day and voilà pregnant! Miracle litter. Just recently I had one of my young bitches get a swollen vulva but no blood, none! 9 - 10 days later she is acting receptive to breeding and my males are going crazy… This is a new experience to me after 30 years raising beautiful dogs. I’m gonna have to do progesterone. Have you ever experienced a bitch in heat with no blood? That is a first for me… challenging…

Hi James Watched replay. I used B strong and breeders edge in between for her for two weeks to make my girl come into heat early. It worked. She came in to heat 6 weeks early. I have also used light therapy to bring them into heat early it also worked. They came in to heat 6 weeks early as well.

Buying a PG machine... I've always thought it would pay itself back super quickly because you could (as you said) get more puppies in a litter OR you ould get the timing right and a pregnant dog whereas the vet was closed over a long weekend and you can't get a test run so miss the whole cycle! My first litter was PG testing with vets. 2 puppies.... My second litter with my own PG machine... 9 puppies!!!

Hi James I have to just tell you that I had a puppy from a litter a couple of months ago where the puppy's back legs were very splayed out. She could not walk at all. At 4 weeks old the vet said to euthanise her. My gut feeling was no. Then I found your video about taping the back legs and started doing it every day, all day. I kept her until she was 10 weeks old and it took that long for her legs to come good. She was rehomed to a lovely retired couple and is now living her best life. Btw I took her back to the same vet when she was 10 weeks old and he couldn't believe his eyes. So thank you thank you thank you James. You just saved a puppy's life ❤🇬🇧
